Sakha is a city belonging to the center of Kafr El-Sheikh. It is located 2 km south of Kafr El-Sheikh. Between the two branches of the Nile in the Delta - 22 miles north of Tanta, 20 miles northwest of Samanoud and finally incorporated into Kafr El-Sheikh.
It is the "Khassut" of the Pharaonic and the "Khoes" of the Greek. Sakha was the capital of the sixth region of Lower Egypt and was the capital of the Fourteenth Pharaonic Dynasty.
